Each product is hand checked by one of the Kiss Mwah staff. We do our best to make sure that all our customers get 100% satisfaction of product received. We make sure that all items are received in perfect condition. Although sometimes issues do occur we are always happy to rectify the problem in the best way possible. If you do find a fault with the item upon receiving, please take images of the product and contact us right away. We will work alongside you to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your item.
If you wish to return your items, please email us with the reason why to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your items. (The 10 days will be based on the delivery date.)
Please note: Personalised items are handcrafted to each persons persona, other then a fault from Kiss Mwah we will be happy to issue 50% of the processing fee of the refund amount if necessary.
Clothing Only items -
You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of your returns.
We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. We also offer exchanges, you can request an exchange for a different size/colour of a product. *All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is unavailable you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy or be given a gift card if you prefer.
This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.
Returns must adhere to the following:
* In original packaging
* No signs of wash/wear
* Tags must not be damaged or removed
* No stains/hairs/odours
* Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact
We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.
In the unlikely occurrence you have received an incorrect item, a faulty item or something is missing from your order please email our customer service team at email@example.com and one of our Customer Service Specialists will assist you.
